It works pretty well for almost a month. Very stable and easy to adjust.

I had a rental vehicle for the weekend, and wanted a window mounted cradle for my phone. I normally use another brand (which I also bought at best buy) but I didnt bring it on this trip, because I didnt expect to be driving at all, but I ended up having to make a 3 day side trip, and needed to use my phone for navigation. I ONLY bought this specific one because it was on sale. Cons: It does not come with the actual cigarette lighter plug, you have to supply this separately. It uses USB C to charge, and includes a USB C to USB A cable about 4 feet long. It is also not as stable, especially with the arm fully extended, as other brands. On my rental Sentra, i had to put the suction cup on the window and extend the arm fully, and it would wobble badly until i remounted it so that the base rested on the dash, which blocked part of the radio and dash controls. Does not stick to all dash surfaces. It wouldnt stick to the textured dash of my rental Sentra, but it did stick to the dash on an Equinox we rented later. Does not come with a separate adhesive "disc" like a lot of others do. Would not charge properly using the USB A ports on a Chevy Equinox, or from the USB C with the proper cable. Had to buy a cheap cigar plug adapter which put out at least 2 amps. It DID, however work on the USB port in my Nissan Sentra. Charges slowly. 5 amp output if that. Took 6 hours of continuous driving to bring my iphone x from 50% to 90%, although i did have the screen on with navigation (But it was at night so the screen was as dim as i could make it). During the day, I had to keep the screen off as much as possible so it would charge reliably. Pros: It held my iphone X and my iphone 8 plus securely. Both had thin cases on. I even had the 8 plus in a horizontal position, and it held it nicely. Charged both my iphone x and iphone 8 plus, although slowly. Charged my friend's samsung as well. The charging light was unique. The bottom "hooks" which hold your phone lit up in a white glow for a few seconds when you put your phone on the charger, to indicate it was positioned correctly, then turned off so it wouldnt be a distraction. I really like that. It confirms its working without being annoying.

I purchased this for my truck and iPhone. When originally purchased I had an iPhone 7+ with a LifeProof case. It barely fit and needed to be squeezed in. Without the case, it fits fine. Then I purchased the iPhone XS Max and the Apple leather case. Even with the case on, it fits perfectly. My only complaint is the wiggle I get in the mount. It seems like you just can't tighten the joints down hard enough to keep it completely tight and in place. That's why it gets a 4 star. I haven't used the wireless charging since I need to plug into my car stereo in order to use CarPlay. All in all, it's a decent phone mount. The suction cup on my dash has held fine and hasn't come loose yet.

This is the best working charger I've ever had for my car, simply because it actually works. This thing is pretty malleable. The main holder can swivel. It is attached to a ball joint and the armature can extend a couple extra inches if needed. The orientation is controlled by the orientation you suction it in, it doesn't swivel. That is a good design choice. The USB cable is included, and it works well on my charger. This charges and holds my S8+ as advertised. The clamp provides a good hold on the unit. No longer do I have to wonder where my phone bounced to after I have to do a hard turn or swerve around an obstacle in the road. The suction cup has only come off once after a few days, probably because it was dusty and I was too lazy to clean it. It hasn't come off since. It has a clamp to secure the suction cup properly. You must have a smooth surface. Pending how deep the texturing is on your dash, a non-flat surface suctions for 4 hours to a day max. I got mine on sale and this is worth the money.

Easy to install and fits large phones even with a slim case on it. You don’t have to take your case off to charge as the Qi charger works through the case.

Can extend out, holds note phones (remove the case though for snugger fit), good product.

This is a great charger 5 stars for the price and works well. Charges at a medium rate not as rapid as the direct cord. The spring assisted arms are barely big enough to hold the large XL phones. Wish they were just a tad bigger. I also wish the power plug was in a different location it is at the very bottom which means you risk damaging the cord if it is bent due to you install location. It would have been better on the backside not bottom. Other than that great product.

This item works good. Charges phone thru case and holds phone secure. Attaches to window easy and secure.

A good quality dash cam and backup camera easy to understand.

Bought this for my wife thinking she would put it in the middle of the dash where it's smooth. The suction cup had a super stick middle that allowed her to put it on the texture part on the side and it hasn't budged in over 2 weeks. Plus it charges fast.

Easy to set up. You can put it anywhere on the dashboard or window, but sometimes the apparatus itself is a little unstable and the phone falls from it. Like it doesn’t fully grip it, but it’s not terrible. I don’t know if next time I’d buy the same one, but for our purposes we’re dealing with it.

its easy to place my phone into and remove once you get use the release setup. The one down side (which it isn't the chargers fault) is that I have a case so if my phone isn't just right it will randomly stop charging. But without the case, all good in the neighbor hood.

This product perfectly suited my needs. No more dealing with the rubber arms, the solid arm works great...only drawback is that it does not grip tight enough...on rough roads, the phone had on occasion, popped out of the holster.

Easily mounts to the dash in one vehicle and quickly goes to the windshield on another. The wireless charging makes it nice for quickly getting in and out of vehicle but charge speed could be better. Not a deal breaker though.

I've never owned a dash mount for a cell phone and this on has made me a believer. The phone is snug and it is easy to reach from my driving position. Looks like I will be using one of theses from now on.

I really like it! I do have to take my case off because of my poop socket, makes my phone stick out too much. It also thought I touched the sensor to open it and dropped my phone but that was only once:)

I have been pleased with this charger. The suction has stayed adhered to my dashboard and it charges my iPhone xs thru my tech 21 case.

I wanted wireless charging, but this one charges so slow, if I had navigation on for extended period of time, my phone would run out of juice. (while charging)

I bought this Product, then returned it because I felt that it didn’t grip the iPhone in a good spot. Phone keep falling off the holder when I hit a bump in the road. It need to be able to change the footing on the bottom to fit all phone better.

I attached this to my dash and it’s been a great product. Functional, hands-free cordless charging pad on stand. Charges very quick!
