The key is it utilizes your devices power charging cord to connect to it (via USB). This is important as new devices now have a different male power connector, which would normally render a power pack reliant upon it useless. Universal connectability.

Best Pocket Charger

I havent tried going that low but I think you can get 3-4 charges out of one full battery life of this charger. Excellent to bring to sporting events or something similar where you will not be around a charger.

This allowed me to do a comparison of the two brands. This one was a little cheaper, but it did not seem to hold a charge as long as the other one. However, this would serve the purpose of having the ability to charge my phone or iPad when I am stuck somewhere without the ability to plug my phone into an outlet, like the airport in Puerto Rico.
