Bought this before a trip to Vegas, because on our trips we are always busy from morning to evening, so no time to charge. This charger worked for multiple days charging both me and my wife’s phones multiple times without having to be recharged. Would buy it again if had too.

The device is great. Charges itself up very fast. It holds the charge over several days. Charges many other devices rapidly on its single charge. Then I am even more glad to purchase it at Best Buy--a vendor that stands squarely on the side of the consumer both before the purchase and after the purchase.

I compared all the different models in the store and settled on this one. I’m so glad I did! For the money it had the most mAh and charges really fast! I just slip it in my backpack and I never have to worry about my phone battery running out.

It does what it’s supposed to do. Kept all my family’s devices charged, 5 iphones and a bluetooth speaker, running for 8+ hours at the beach. It takes almost 20 hours to charge to full capacity from full discharge. The upside is that with a 20k mah pack even a partial charge can keep you going in a pinch.

Aside from it taking a full day to charge so be sure to allow enough time for that, it more than charges multiple devices multiple times before depleted and fast. I’ve gone thru a few different ones and this is the best. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because of how long it takes to fully charge.

I purchased this power pack so I would have an emergency backup while the power might be off during a hurricane. I have never had a problem with it and I would recommend it to others. My cell phone and my tablet can be charged easily from this power pack.

I purchased this portable charger for a trip to Israel. It's charge lasted several days, it was a 10 day trip, I charged it once, and used it almost every day to charge two cell phones and a go pro. Great product. The only downfall is that for its size is weighty.

This item will charge two phones with cords at a time. for $10 more, there is a wireless version but it might be larger and heavier. overall, we are happy with our first portable charger choice.

My son has several devices (some large some small), and this thing really can provide the juice!! Be warned that it is a bit larger than your typical portable charger. We were a little surprised at the size, but he is still very pleased.

Purchased this for one our technicians who constantly on the phone. It's WONDERFUL... battery is charged quickly and standby hours are stable. We only charge it about every 3 days. Definitely recommended!

Used to charge my children iPads and our iPhones. Can charge iPhone 11 twice and still have juice. Kids plug their iPads in when they are running low and can keep watching while the iPad is charging. Highly recommend.
