Fast delivery by email in minutes from Best Buy. The only issue I had was although you have a gift card when ordering online Ulta will still want a credit card even if you GC covers your amount purchased . For that I gave it 4 stars.

Who doesn’t love Ulta! Gift cards from Best Buy is a great way to gift anyone. It was easy to purchase from home and get the following instructions in your email.

I’m Done with Best Buy – A Cautionary Tale for Future Customers
After years of being a loyal customer and Total Tech member, I’ve reached my breaking point with Best Buy. What should have been a simple washer and dryer purchase turned into a month-long nightmare filled with broken appliances, endless phone calls, and complete disregard for my time and needs.
From the start, Best Buy relied entirely on third-party installers and technicians, which meant zero accountability. My delivery was delayed, my dryer arrived broken, and I was passed from one call center rep to another—eight calls in total—without resolution. Promises were made, appointments were missed, and I was left without laundry for over 30 days in a household of five.
Despite my patience and repeated efforts to coordinate a simple return and replacement, Best Buy failed at every turn. No local support, no follow-through, and no respect for my time. I finally canceled everything, went to a local business (shoutout to Karl’s Appliances), and had everything delivered and installed—correctly and on time—within 30 minutes of walking in.
Best Buy has lost my business for good. I will never purchase another appliance—or anything else—from them again. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I strongly urge you to shop local and avoid Best Buy at all costs.
