It's a good speaker

I had to return my 1st one with my extended warranty and got b another but had to buy another warranty so i ended up sleeving full price on a black Friday speaker. That really sucked.

Got it working with me phone: it paired very quickly and seamlessly, and started working right away. Sounded great. Then tried to pair it with my spouse's phone. It would never go into pairing mode. Insisted that I download the app and run it. I did, but the second phone would never pair, even with the app running. I even disconnected the first phone. No dice. It would never even go into pairing mode. It just kept complaining that I needed to run the app, which I was running on the second phone. Sending it back.

Bad speaker for the money.

This speaker has mediocre sound quality at best. It has bad distortion at high volume and little to no bass, even after adjusting the EQ. Battery life is not great compared to other speakers in this price range. Save your money and buy a sony or bose.

Took it to Best Buy store where I purchased it Geek Squad rep was not able to pair it to his phone. Returned the speaker and received 100% refund Kirk, Geek Squad rep was excellent!
