I don’t understand why advertise this battery with a replacement tools. It should say not included on the pictures and the title. Now I have to return it. Waste of time.

I would give 5 stars, but the order was not complete. It did not contain the tools pictured, which was needed to change the battery. My order arrived 3 days early, which I was excited about. But when I opened it, it was just the battery. Bestbuy did refund $5 so I could order the tools elsewhere. Once installed, the battery was charged @ 60%, and quickly charged to 100%.

Deceiving. Did not come with tools displayed with the item. They asked me to return it and reorder. Again the install tools displayed with it didn't come.

Overall the battery works! Just curious and will like to know why the tools to change the battery are shown but not included! I’ll suggest the picture should be updated to portray just the battery!

can not be installed on newer (7) or later iphone without expensive device (heater) to melt adhesive. This is how the phone is waterproof. We found a repair shop that did the install for $30. Easier and cheaper to get it done at a shop, Geek Squad would not touch it.

I bought online a Battery for my iPhone 7+ from which I purchased through a reptible source best buy they made me an appointment after sending product to Best Buy Store went in on my appointment day as Scheduled they couldn’t find my Battery! I waited for them to search they finally found it and yet to tell me they couldn’t install the Battery in my iPhone so after waiting at least 30 minutes through the entire process they tell me it was purchased through a third party they refused to install my Battery‼️‼️‼️❓❓❓❓❓❓❓I just could not believe what I was hearing !! How RUDE IS THIS WOW SO I GIVE UR SERVICE A FLAT FAIL‼️‼️‼️‼️THIS IS WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH RUDENESS YOUR GEEK TEAM IS TOTALLY AWFUL I’LL Seek My Business some where else This is UnProfessional As Far As I Am Conserned ‼️‼️

Me being crazy I ordered this and didn’t even fit my phone because I got the wrong size but if it did work it would’ve been a great purchase for the price and everything.
