I looked all over and could not find a battery for my old phone that would work. Finally this one did without causing “incompatible battery” error. Seems to hold a charge well and Best Buy was the only place I could still find this battery.

This battery never worked from day one. It would not hold a charge. We were out of town, and I was ill when we returned home, so we were not able to call back right away about a replacement. Now it is too late to get the battery replaced - I can not find the company that made the battery - inCHINA. Buyer beware!!!
