    If i could give -100 stars i would. no one in stores knew what was going on. I spent countless hours trying to get the scooter to my daughter. I was told it would take two days. I took two weeks. Once she had an after just a few weeks of using it, it locked her out. There is no person at Unagi that you can talk to you. You only have a bot chat to use or an email that they will deal with whenever they get to it. the product itself was fine but only 2 out of 15 best buy staff knew about this and gave mis information. This coupled with the lack of person to help with issues is terrible.

    Neglect to tell you have to pay a security deposit and don't give the option to purchase the theft insurance through unagi. Very misleading and very difficult to cancel. If you want unagi scooter best bet is to rent directly through them.

    At 44 years old I was skeptical at first based on other customers reviews but more scared of the thought of knowing it has been over 20 years since I last rode a scooter and that was a push/kickstart scooter back in younger days. But once I on my new Electric Unagi Voyager Scooter the joyful excitement immediately took over my fear. Once I started riding and did not want to for it was extremely fun.
