Cups are great, Shipping was VERY poor.

However shipping from warehouse was bad, Cups were dented, some so they wouldn't stand straight, my recommendation is only purchase in the store.

Not this time... Even in severe -14F in Lake Placid, it was pretty hot inside... Really Great purchase...

Favorite mug ever!

Best coffee mug

It seems to just barely fit under my keurig. I used to have a similar model that had a handle which was nice because you always knew where to put your lips as there's only two slits in each side to sip from. With this model the only way to tell is that the thermos logo lines up with one of the holes. Also it is kind of a pain to clean. The lid has many parts that can come out and cleaning them can be difficult, although I don't have a dishwasher. That said, hot coffee is so much better than warm coffee and this mug does the trick. Use it every day.

Small base fits smaller cup holders

Keeps your liquids very hot for hours.
