Why spend over $500 on the newest 'trendy' Samsung phone, when for under $50 you can have a decent Android device. This phone is fast, sounds great, takes great pictures and doesn't look half bad doing it. Oh, and the battery life easily rivals my wife's Samsung Galaxy. My only qualm with the phone is the field of view on the display which makes watching movies, especially movies with night or dark scenes, difficult if not looking at the screen straight one.

It took some really awesome pictures when I went overseas and I am thrilled. I got this phone to tide me over until I could get a new galaxy. But I plan on keeping this phone for awhile. It has enough memory to download all my well utilized apps and is pretty swift! If you need a affordable decent phone, go for it.

I did a lot of reading reviews before purchasing a phone for my 11 year old daughter. I didn't want something too advance that could easily be lost or expensive. This elevate rise was definitely a good choice. It has a fast applications switch, long battery life and great sound quality. The camera was not too great but it was good enough. I would recommend this for beginners.

I went looking for a new phone, looked at the Samsungs & Apples, etc and they were really expensive. I previously had a Samsung Victory, which was not that great (first one died in a couple of days and BB replaced it). Then I saw this Alcatel for $50 and I said what the hey. Well this phone does everything I could ever want, way better than the Victory. I don't know why people would spend hundreds more.

The Alcatel One Touch is actually a very nice phone and user friendly. I'm not the best techy by any means but have not had many problems figuring this phone out. I'm sure it's not as good as some of the high tech phones out there now but for $29.99, it's perfect for me! I've been most impressed with the battery life. I charge it at night and don't have to charge it again during the day unless I've spent a LOT of time playing games or downloading during the day. I never have to charge it on work days.

I purchased this phone because the memory is 8GB and the price was right for my budget. However, I noticed issues with typing and the phone freezing. I had to open the battery cover and fix it. This was a ongoing problem and ruled out it was not functional. I returned it to the store without any hassle. The Tribute 2 is much better!

After reading through online reviews, I decided to give the Alcatel onetouch elevate a try, it looks like a decent phone with Lollipop os. priced at $19.99, I figured it can't go wrong. Plus it is at least $10 cheaper than LG tribute 2, with more free space for apps and other use than tribute 2 even though both say 8GB, tribute 2 has much less usable space. Turns out I couldn't be happier with this decision, onetouch elevate works magically with Lollipop, apps download and start are very fast comparing to my old kyocera hydro. Its screen looks pretty clear, I like the front and rear camera. Everything with Lollipop is so convenient, especially with the weather and time displayed right on the home page. Now I am glued to this phone, it is such a nice gadget and a joy to have.

I paid twenty dollars for this phone; (original Suggested Retail was 99.95) and was shocked at the responsiveness for a SMART Phone in this price range. Unless you're a HUGE Data Hog; this phone has the features and quality of a phone several times this range.18 months of flawless operation thus far. Recommended.

This is my first cell, i love it. Price was good, it works great for my needs. I was just looking for a travel type cell to use on the road in case i get stuck somewhere.

I have used Virgin Mobile for many years. This is the first Alcatel phone I've ever owned and I LOVE IT!! As fast as any other phone; looks good in the hand; battery charge lasts all day; does not get hot running aps; very high quality build. I totally recommend this phone. No disappointments!

The phone is very easy and simple to use but is very modern and updated for a inexpensive phone!

Once you are past the initial statup and updating life can get as simple as you want it with this phone, but I was also surprised to find it came with a little engine that could, and as long as I was not running multiple intense apps together, there really isn't anything this phone can not do, as long as you have a micro SD card in.

Overall a good phone. The screen is a bit dark compared to other phones I've owned. And when the phone is tilted, the screen gets even darker, similar to a laptop.
