It's definitely a $20 phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't had this thing a month yet and it's already glitching, freezing to the point that you have to take out the battery to restart and is just all around a cheaply made phone. Would be ok for a kids first phone, but if you use your phone for a lot don't buy this one. I've had problems with the last 4 Virgin mobile phones.... camera is ok, sound (including aux outlet) is poor quality.

Nice Phone

I only plan to use the phone for internet use and so the insurance is worthless to me.

virgin mobile alcatel cell phone

I purchased a couple phones for them. They play games on them and search on google for some school work. Phone works great. They are pleased. Nice size screen. Not heavy at all. Pretty sturdy as they have dropped a few times and so far so good.

ok speaker volume poor
