save your money buy a real phone not this one when using voice or any imput it will change what you say into what it wants to put i try to use phone functions like turning on the speaker it plays touch the button if you can like the fisherman on state farm commerical ah you almost got it this is the most frustrating phone ever

Virgen mobile is the worst cell phone provider in the US I figured I could save some money on one of their plans,but whatever you do I'm telling you to stay clear from virgen mobile the calls do not go out or come in I called from a Land line and the person told me all they could hear was loud static.

I had to buy a new phone on a budget after my Galaxy S3 died, and this one seemed "good enough". After a week, it actually surpassed my expectations! It doesn't feel like a huge step down, but that's because I'm not a power user. Unfortunately, the camera isn't impressive. And if you're not looking at the display straight-on it will wash out. I see people criticizing the battery in these reviews, but I have to disagree. I've been able to last two days on a single charge, so no complaints there. Overall, the Alcatel OneTouch Elevate is a pleasure to use. It's sleek, attractive and performs well if you're not pushing it too hard. Simply put, it's just a good Android phone. Have only had this phone for a short while, but so far it seems to be an excellent value.

I read a bunch of reviews before buying this phone. I don't understand how it can have such a good rating. It is so slow, and freezes all the time. Apps close for no reason. The screen isn't sensitive. You have to tap on it two or three times to get it to do anything. Texting is a real pain. It will autocorrect words without permission. Everytime I hit the spacebar it comes out as a "b" and it won't let me add my own words to the dictionary. The contacts app is difficult to deal with and the call history is even worse. It's hard to figure out who's called, and forget about knowing when. The call clarity is alright as is the camera. But you will have to manually move all of your pictures and videos to your SD card, because they automatically save to the phone. Everything about this phone is just stupid. I am very used to cheap Virgin Mobile phones, but this one is driving me crazy. I ordered an LG Tribute 2 to replace it. I'm hoping I'll have better luck with that one. It really can't get much worse.

This phone has no battery life. Freezes and crashes.

I bought the one touch phone a few weeks ago, and so far I have enjoyed using it. I price was right and it hipped quickly.

I wanted a smartphone for my kids, its has everything and in case the dropped it i won't get mad because of the price

Got this pretty cheap but handles apps well. Only issue is screen blurs while moving a little.

Phone is terrible, a lot of frustration trying to figure out the interact, ended up returning the phone and buying an HTC. Dont buy this phone.
