We use high quality components in our light bulbs and pride ourselves on high quality lighting for both colors & whites, so we would love to hear more about your experience.
Would you mind sending us a brief email to [email protected] with some additional details? We'd love to make this right for you. Our initial suspicion is that you may have been using ilumi on a dimmer switch or 3-way switch, which will cause ilumi not to receive sufficient power for optimal usage. However, we'd love to hear your first hand account and look forward to hearing from you!

I tried to get the torch feature to work, and it worked once, then nothing. I reachef out to customer support and they did not answer. DO NOT BUY! Search for Stack Lighting. I had tried many different bulbs (CFL and LED) but often returned them due to odd colors and even the ones that claimed to be dimmable necer worked quite right. I needed something to replace the extremely hot incandescent bulbs and this was finally the solution! As it states, these don't work with a dimmer switch but had that changed out in 5 minutes and these worked beautifully! With Other bulbs the color never matched that of incandecent, but these allow you to pick any color you wish and at any brightness! The app was a bit confusing at first but got a handle on it now. The scenes and experiences are neat but wish it had a few pre programmed. The ability to choose colors is awesome, but it would be convienient to have pre programmed colors that match the K value/wattage of bulbs on the market, just to make setting them up easier. Excellent bulb, will definitely get more in the future.
