Q: CAN BULB BE USED WITH LOW VOLTAGE OUTLET
A: No it cannot. On a dimmer the bulbs requires full voltage or will not turn on.
Q: Can this item be installed outdoors for around the pool?
A: They make outdoor bulbs similar just for that.
Q: Can this connect to start things hub?
A: Works with google home if you use IFTTT. Beat if still in bluetooth range though.
A: Sure can my man it's led. Where there is a will you find a way!
Q: Does this bulb work with echo dot?
A: Yes. But currently issues with company or similar. May not connect with Alexa at this time.
