The phone is for my mother who has macular degeneration and also is hard of hearing. The numbers are large and she can see them, though she doesn't remember phone #s, so they're useless to her. She uses the A and B buttons to call me and my sister. My big con is that the volume button is on the side of the phone where she holds it. She inadvertently lowers the volume. She can't see the buttons and doesn't understand not to touch them. At least we can communicate most of the time with this phone. I'm happier with this phone than any other she's tried.

This phone is easy for my husband to use for emergency phone calls and to take pictures. He is not technology literate, so I have to delete messages, as well as check them for him. He likes the red color and the easy to read numbers. Excellent choice for him.

I had a Jitterbug smart phone and was very unhappy with it. I wanted an easy to use, good sound quality phone to use for talking and texting. This phone fits my needs perfectly. It came with an instruction booklet, which was very helpful. Everyone tells me how much better I sound on this phone compared to my Jitterbug smart phone. I am not tech savvy, but with only a couple of calls to Consumer Cellular, I am perfectly comfortable with this phone. It was designed to be user friendly! If you only want to text and talk, I would recommend this phone! The price is great too!

The numbers are easy to see without my glasses. I like the flip phones. Only downside is the battery runs down too quickly. I don't use any data, text, or take pics.

Far superior to a "Jitterbug" phone. Signals are far better,and phone is much easier to use

This phone is for a senior that doesn't text or use a phone for anything other than talking. It works beautifully for those purposes.

Bought this for my husband who had never had a cell phone. It was very easy to enter all the phone numbers and their names. He has no trouble using it.

I bought this phone to replace my mom’s old phone. She specifically wanted a flip phone. Touch screens are difficult for her to use. This was the perfect phone for her! She definitely likes the large wording!

The phone is nice for seniors, but it would be better if the batter would last longer.

This phone is much easier to use then the Alcatel model when it comes time to change the battery and/or sim card.

Great phone. Easy to use. I just wanted a simple flip phone.

Purchased for my spouse. The battery does not last more than 2 days or so. I have taken to charging it up almost every night. Doesn't let you know when battery is low. Wife is unhappy with it.

However I had to return it after I found out it was not a smart phone. I really need a Smart Phone since I want to connect with Uber. As soon after I get my money back I will buy the Smart phone. Have a nice day.

This was purchased to replace a previous phone my parent's used. Exactly as the one they had so the need to purchase this was there for an aging couple with basic cell phone knowledge. Recommend this phone for the elderly or basic phone users. Good product!

This phone is needed for basic functions and nothing too fancy. Works out great for me.
