Almost perfect.
The phone is for my mother who has macular degeneration and also is hard of hearing. The numbers are large and she can see them, though she doesn't remember phone #s, so they're useless to her. She uses the A and B buttons to call me and my sister. My big con is that the volume button is on the side of the phone where she holds it. She inadvertently lowers the volume. She can't see the buttons and doesn't understand not to touch them. At least we can communicate most of the time with this phone. I'm happier with this phone than any other she's tried.

Easy to make phone call and take pictures.
This phone is easy for my husband to use for emergency phone calls and to take pictures. He is not technology literate, so I have to delete messages, as well as check them for him. He likes the red color and the easy to read numbers. Excellent choice for him.

Really Happy With This Phone!
I had a Jitterbug smart phone and was very unhappy with it. I wanted an easy to use, good sound quality phone to use for talking and texting. This phone fits my needs perfectly. It came with an instruction booklet, which was very helpful. Everyone tells me how much better I sound on this phone compared to my Jitterbug smart phone. I am not tech savvy, but with only a couple of calls to Consumer Cellular, I am perfectly comfortable with this phone. It was designed to be user friendly! If you only want to text and talk, I would recommend this phone! The price is great too!
