I try to use it for 1 time and it keeps on beeping an alarm and cannot find a way to clear the error.

I liked it for frozen food (French fries, corndogs), but I didn't like the results with natural potatoes (no crunchy), it works like my convection oven, I don't really need it, but too late to return.

Compared to 399$ air fryers. Works great. This one is for or cottage. Love the one at home.

My husband and I love this fryer, he loves it so much he always offers to cook with it and I love that!

The first one I ordered had an issue so I returned it to BestBuy and re-purchased another. I had an old, big bowl type convection oven for years but it took too much room on the counter, was noisy and the thermostat quit working. I decided to try this one out and, so far, I love it. Yes it's small but since I'm an empty-nester it is perfect for me. It takes much less room on my counter than old bowl cooker, it's quite, fast and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. I like that you can open it while it's cooking and it pauses then re-starts when you close it again. I have cooked potato wedges, beer battered & breaded fish, egg rolls, panko breaded shrimp, chicken kabobs and pre-cooked sausage patties, all from frozen, and a thawed t-bone steak. Everything has come out great. The fish, fries & egg rolls have been very crispy without any added oil.

I followed the directions to the letter, it didn't cook my fries the way it says it would, some burned, some didn't cook.

I bought it on a whim, there are a lot of these air Fryers out there, tried it, love it!!! I made wings, fries, shrimp all with just over a teaspoon of oil! Tasted exactly the same if not better with hardly any of the fat. Recommended!!

Purchased because of the discounted price and it broke in less than a week of being used. Sent it back and purchased a different brand.

What a find! Food turns out great with little or no oil! I would highly recommend this product. Can't wait to try other food products and experiment more with this fryer!

This was our first air fryer...now we can't be without one! Food comes out more flavorful & the texture is amazing. Sadly, this particular unit has one MAJOR flaw - absolutely no means of contacting the manufacturer if/when it goes out. The instruction manual is bare bones, with no mention of warranty. There is a web address on the back page, but it's been hacked (actually says "hacked by ---"). No other contact information seems to be available. We bought this in mid-February 2016. It stopped heating in mid-June 2016. Was it worth $20 a month? Absolutely, but it supposedly has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. With no way to reach that manufacturer, I've got one heck of a paperweight.

Received not owners manual or recipe book as stated to be included. Really have no idea on how to start using this unit.

I bought this product on Buy Buy online on March 9, 2016. I used it for the first time on Mother's Day and after 30 minutes, the Air Fryer died. I contacted Best Buy, no help. I contacted E'Cucina customer service, no one is answering their phone so i left a message. I have not receive a call back from them as of today.
