There was never an installation but I was charged for one. The service here is so bad it should be a negative 5 Stars.
The delivery people did not show up. I had to reschedule a second day. Best Buy did not compensate for my time or travel and now the microwave does not work. Guess what? They want me to drive it to the store, 25 Miles away to return and order an new one.
Best Buy doesn't feel a need to compensate me for this either.

It was not completed, contractor send bu Best Buy instslled and next day water was leaking all over the place. Contractor said it will come back to fix with new plumbing but it has been over a month and has not shown up. I need this to be installed

Best Buy contracted with a hauling company to install my ice maker. They didn't know the first thing about doing it and got water all over my floor. I had to reinstall it after they left and clean up the mess they made.

Damaged my home and I have proof, BB denied claim and refuses to help us. They use 3rd party vendors for install and the 3rd parties subcontract it out. It’s not even geek squad representatives who come to your house. The store manager at the Denver location where it was purchased won’t even return my calls. This is a horrible company!!

It took 3 deliveries to get an undamaged unit. It was obvious that the damage resulted from poor quality control and very poor packaging design by the manufacturer (Frigidare).

Very disappointing service. I bought a wine cooler. The door arrived unhinged. I requested de service to fix it or recall and replace it. None of the above happended.

The agent actually did nothing but tell me to call product maker for repair. No examination, I mean nothing but show up wipe his feet on the floor and leave after 5 minutes in my home. Terrible

I had to install it Best Buy did not like the fact that I have concrete floors. I am finishing these floor for stained concrete.

The person who Best Buy sent to install my ice maker did not attach it properly and it caused a leak under my hardwood floors. I filed a claim and received zero in compensation.
