The final piece of the puzzle for the Underworld movies. From the beginning with Rise of the Lycans to the end at the Awakening...the Underworld saga is one of the best!! It gives all you can handle...action, deception, sex, blood, werewolves, vampires and everything in between.

The effects in this 3D movie are awesome. Glad I added to my collection. I'm dissapointed the digital copy was already expired. That's one reason I bought it. It's time retailers and movie companies put the expiration date for the digital copy on the movie. This is the second one I've bought in the last two months where the digital copy was expired when I opened the movie up.

I love Kate Beckingsale in all movies. I love the underworld serious, especially the first two, this one is OK.

This is a faithful continuation of the series but it might have been better if Scott Speedman reprised his role as Michael the hybrid. The story is fairly well developed and has some grippingly intense moments. Kate Beckinsale is awesome as always but without the drama of an underlying love story, the movie is somewhat one dimensional. Definitely a must-see/must-own for Underworld fans.

This was a good movie overall but it seemed a bit rushed and almost as if they were setting it up for the next installment of the franchise. It was a good clean relaxing movie to “take you away from it all” at least for a few hours. The product packing was normal and there was a dgital copy I had to get into Vudu. The price was reasonable.

Underworld: Awakening is freaking awesome and spectacularly thrilling entry in this particular film series that doesn't expand on character depth and development but knows exactly what it is: an entertaining popcorn thrill ride packed with 3D intensity and action-packed insanity. With that being said, it still manages to incorporate an enthralling story about family, loyalty, and undying honor, which makes this a must-see for 3D aficionados and Underworld fans alike.

After releasing 3D TVs before there were affordable movies to watch the industry had a hard time selling the 3D TVs. 3D IMAX movies got myself, wife, and now many friends back to the movies. Now we are wondering where the affordable 3D TVs are. We are buying DVDs again and only in 3D. The movie artists now are composing 3D scenes that are incredible to watch. Check out the subway fight scene in this movie.

I am admittedly a sucker for steel book cases. I find them more durable. But with the project pop art with best buy it even better. You get incredible artwork you wouldn't normally get with a release. The blu ray quality is already there and the special special features are fun

I was hoping I could see the 3D version of this movie, but the 3D player I purchased for this movie was not able to play it... so I can only watch the regular blu-ray .... which I'm thankful that it came on set with the digital download. Thank you

The Underworld series of films continues to deliver high production value thrills and enjoyment. This movie should be viewed in in the correct order, in and of itself, it might be fun, but you'll get more out of having viewed the predecessor films first.

I think that "Underworld: Awakening" was one of the greatest horror films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite films of all-time. I also think that "Underworld: Awakening" had a lot of entertaining and enjoyable drama, horror, mystery, suspense and action including a really great and amazing cast and personal storylines as well.

Got this on dvd because i needed to finish my collection of underworld dvds now i can start getting the blurays. This is the final installment of the series sadly but i heard there is talk of another movie maybe coming out. I sure hope so love these movies

Primarily for fans of the series. Somewhat weak but interesting story brought to life by a talented, sexy cast and very good production values. Rendered in1080p with DTS-HD MA 7.1 and Dolby TruHD 5.1 audio. Includes five "Behind The Scenes" featurettes.

I don't usually purchase uccult or horror movies. But I purchased this movie after a strong trailer on another action movie that I purchased in the 3-D format. I really enjoyed this movie and the female star is really attractive. I will watch it several times with friends.

I wanted to complete my Underworld collection and saw the DVD on the Best Buy website. I also saw that it was available at my neighborhood store, so on my next visit I found what I was looking for at the price that was advertised online. I could have easily ordered and pickup at the store but why not shop in person.

Disappointed, but not in the movie. I like the Underworld series and this film delivers plenty of mindless action. What I am disappointed in his the listing BestBuy has for it. Underworld: Awakening in 3D [Includes Digital Copy] [UltraViolet] [3D] [Blu-ray/DVD] [Blu-ray/Blu-ray 3D/DVD] Looking at that I would expect this to come with Blu ray 3D, reg Blu ray. DVD, and a digital copy. Many movies ship this way, but that's not the case, the only thing included in this is 3D Blu ray an a digital copy. Not a problem as my ps3/4 play 3D blu rays and the blu ray itself allows for it to play in 2D, but the listing is very deceiving.

Is Underworld Awakening any good? Yes and no. Yes if you like mindless action. Cheesy dialogs. All the Underworld series. No if you don't like any of the "yes" If you like this, you will like Resident Evil. Check my RE review.
