The Henderson team of Brian, Jasmine and Joey were excellent. They handled a very tricky install of a 98" TV on the second floor through narrow hallways. Never complained, just got the job done perfectly 100%

The text that showed up to mount and installed the new TV and sound bar were very good and knew what they were doing. Kevin was extremely professional he actually installed another TV for me about five years ago and it’s good to know that he is still working for Best Buy.

The guys who came out were very friendly and quick and efficient. They kept everything very organized and clean and helped us put our tv stand back when the mounting was done

The technicians made quick easy work of mounting a connecting all devices. They conducted themselves professional. They appeared to have years of experience despite their age. I am completely happy with the work they did.

The Geek Squad (really a guy in a Boston baseball cap and his helper) installed an 83" tv on an inside marble wall and an exterior tv on a stucco wall in our lanai. He was very meticulous, even replacing the black power cord on the exterior tv with a white power cord for the asthetics (the lanai walls are white) - over and above.

The tech's that installed our 83" TV were outstanding. They were respectful of our house while they worked and were "cleaning-up" as they progressed.
Both tech's were very knowledgable and worked smoothly together. They worked fast, but at a smart speed. You could sense they had tons of experience in what they were doing.
When the set-up was complete they fully explained how to use the remote and installed the Apps we typically use.

The agents made an appointment to come to my house for the tv uninstall promptly. This was done in the store so I didn't have to do the very difficult navigation of calling the call center. I can never understand the call center agents. I recommend making the Geek squad appointments in the store as opposed to calling the call center.

The techs that came to uninstall and install my return TV and Install my new TV were exceptional. Both David M. and Min B. took extra time to make sure everything that everything was working properly since I had a bad experience with my Hisense 65". They both went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them so much. Thanks again to you both. Tom Moritz
