    We had the Geek Squad install 2 sets of vehicle headrests entertainment systems. They did a very professional job and within the time quoted.

    This is the worst experience I've ever had. Installation was absolutely deplorable. Damaged my interior on the drivers and passenger sides. Audio sounds like crap. Spoke with Zack the manager and he said he would not help me resolve the problem and that I can call the 1-800 number.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    They installed our tv seat monitors quickly and professionally. They were kind and informative. I would deffinetly refer this geek squad and give them our business again if needed.

    Always a good experience when using the Best Buy installation department. The overall finish and service cannot be beat. Plus, you get the nationwide warranty coverage, for extra piece of mind.

    I have been using the Geek Squad auto installation and I have found that they do solid work. If there are issues, they correct them. They are very accommodating and work with my schedule.

    Originally it was only supposed to be 2 hour install, when I arrived, the installer corrected the time to 4 or more hours.
