Great heartwarming movie I recommend it to everybody the price is remarkably cheap loved it

oh my goodness...dog movies. Dog movies are the BEST. Dogs are so adorable and any movie featuring dogs is something I will want to see (except "man's best friend" but that's a whole other story). Dogs have long been a part of cinematic offerings. Old Yeller and Savage Sam. The Secret Life of Pets. Big Red. Lassie. Rin Tin Tin. The Plague Dogs. The Incredible Journey and it's remakes the Homeward Bound(s). Oliver and Company. Mr. Peabody and Sherman. Lady and the Tramp. Turner and Hooch. The Art of Racing in the Rain. Scruffy (go ABC after school specials...lol). Modern, older, animated, etc...dogs are ALWAYS there. And people love them. Why not? Dogs are great movie stars and we love watching our furry pals get into trouble, stress about their safety and then celebrate the outcome (or...bawl our eyes out as is often the case; there was a psychological study done on movie goers that found statistically, you can annihilate as many humans as you'd like and people find it entertaining but if you openly threaten the safety of just ONE dog moviegoers will stay away...true story). Ok...so A Dog's Journey. To determine whether or not you'll like this movie you have to ask yourself a very important series of questions first... 1) Do you like Dogs? 2) Did you see and, more importantly, LIKE A Dog's Purpose? If the answer to either of those questions is "No" than you may not enjoy this film. Simply put, this is a sequel that continues from the second the last film ended and basically does the exact same thing over the course of its runtime as the first. Which is make us fall in love with Bailey again and again and again. And then bawl our eyes out every single time (spoiler alert) Bailey dies. Yea he gets reincarnated. Yes he gets back with the offspring of his original owner. Yes we know the outcome is happy. WHO. CARES? Seriously, the emotional spectrum this film transverses is so blatant it broadcasts it from a mile away (who cares). You know each dog you meet is going to live a decent, excellent or horrible life and each will die at the end - causing us to be destroyed in the process (who cares). You WILL use an entire box of tissue and your sinuses will be clogged for days from all the boo-hoo-ing you will do during this film (who cares). Seriously, who cares? If you answered yes to questions above you want to watch this movie. You want to be with Bailey each time he comes back, alone and not sure who he (or she is). And for anyone who has ever loved a dog, and lost that dog (and the latest statistical information says that 44 million households in the US have dogs..more than the 35 million households with kids...so many of us have loved dogs) this movie is the best gift in the universe. We want our dogs to be ok, even when they can't be with us anymore. We want them to go on and find new lives and continue to be the most awesome furry pals we know they are. This movie (and its predecessor) give us that. And with that wish, the idea that our pals could come back to us - even if in a different form - well...that's the stuff of ugly tears. But in a good way. Dog lovers - this movie cleanses your emotions. And that's ok. Suck on THAT pixar and disney...lol. Seriously, though. Is it a good movie by normal storytelling standards...wellllllllllllllllllll... Is it a good movie that will win awards...uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmm.... Was it a favorite movie to watch of mine? You betcha! Isn't that what counts? And if you're a dog lover, and still reading this, it's time to go buy this film. LOL.

Life through the eyes ( and nose) of a dog. How one dog goes through several lives and saves a family. it's an interesting premise, with several genuinely funny moments and several set pieces that will tug at the memories of anyone who has ever been lucky enough to be around a special pet. The plot has several points that may seem harsh, but make sense within the overall arc. All in all, an enjoyable way to spend a family evening.

As my summary states. This is a great movie from the beginning to the end. The bond between the dogs and their humans are truly amazing. This movie shows no matter what you will always be loved by your dog. You will definitely need to have plenty of tissues. I highly recommend this movie.

If you are an animal lover, and especially a dog lover, this movie is a keeper! Definitely watch the first movie if you've missed it. This is a great stand alone movie too, as it continues the same premise, but it has different stories. It will make you laugh and cry.

This is a wonderful movie for every animal lover, especially, dog lovers. It is a nice little sequel to A Dog's Purpose. All the dog's fit their roles perfectly, and every "continuation" is nice and teary. I loved this movie. Good acting from all the humans as well.

If love a dog's purpose you will fall in love with the next installment where Bailey has go on a new journey by protecting his original owner's granddaughter a sad but ending not sure if there will be a third installment Great lovable movie all the way through !!

I purchased this movie for my wife Shes loves these types of movies. Heart felt, tear jerker, happy ending. I had to wstch it with her or watch the news. No brainer. I actually enjoyed it. Go figure.

My husband and myself love dogs. So most movies about dogs will get our attention. This movie is precious. It is about how many dogs with one spirit stayed with the one family. Nice feel good movie.

i enjoyed the movie. it made me think about my own pets that past away. i would like to get my brother to watch it because he was very close to his dog but it might be to hard for him to watch

A must for a dog lover's and lovers of the first movie - A Dog's Purpose...by W. Bruce Cameron. A must see and a must own...a great family movie to share with your canine family and kids.

This is a great movie, a real tear jerker too. Great to watch with kids. Especially if you have read the book series it makes it all more real. I would definitely recommend this movie!

Great continuation from A Dog's Purpose, just as heartwarming and engaging. I cannpt recommend this high enough. Yes, it will jerk some tears outta you..but so worth it.

We bought this movie because we saw it in the theatre and just loved it. We bought it just in time to watch for my daughter's party and everyone loved it.

Just as good as A Dog's Purpose, the first movie. Well-acted, written, and edited resulting in excellent pace and timing. Touches the heart and soul!

This movie is one of our family favorites!! Whats sweeter then the journey of a dog finding his companion. Grab your tissues you might need them! ;(

The first one was a tear jerker so is the second one if you loved the first one you will love the second one too great cast and movie over all
