Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the GO Posture Trainer for its ease of use, with quick app connectivity. Many users find it effective in posture correction, serving as a reminder to maintain an upright posture. The vibration feature is noticeable yet gentle, providing feedback on posture. However, some users have concerns about the adhesive quality on the back and the short battery life of 2-3 days.

Device does truly help you improve your posture. Wish it was a bit smaller and more discreet.

The only complain I have is it doesn’t stay put with the sticky sometimes. That’s why I’m worried to wear this at work/all day cause it can just fall off without me noticing. You also have to set you posture every time you put on the device so you may get inconsistencies depending on how upright you are when you calibrate.

Mixed feelings on this. I must improve my posture, but not sure if this is really the trick. I purchased a foam rolling and using that more frequently I think is helping more than sticking this "posture trainer" to my back.

I have only used this a few times but should use it more often. When wearing it, the device lets me know when my posture is bad, when I am leaning over too much. I spend a lot of time on the computer and phone for work and noticed my posture had been getting worse. So when I saw this item on sale I thought it would be helpful And it has been.

Purchased as a deal of the day so the price was good. Works for what it is designed to in alerting you when you slouch. Only downside is the need to purchase adhesive refills. Overall a good product but the could be a better value if you aren't getting the deal given that it is an ongoing investment in the adhesives.

I bought the upright-go posture for my son as a gift for Christmas, He loves it. My son told me he is so glad I gave him this product because it helps him with his back pain and serves him as reminder to keep his back straight.

The product works, it tells you when you do not have perfect posture. Unfortunately, it’s gets annoying after a while. You cannot bend over or do any chores while wearing this device, it will vibrate constantly. If you’re doing activities where you cannot maintain posture, it gets annoying very quickly.

Bought it for my wife, to help he sit straight. very easy to use. The only annoying thing is the sticking pad we have to use. Would have to keep replenishing it.

The device works well paired with the app. I think it has been helpful so far with posture training. Wish the battery lasted a little longer but I don’t think it’s worth the extra $ for the newer version. Best Buy had a good price on this model.

A fun little gadget that is making me aware of slouching, particularly when on the computer. An app on the phone visualizes when your posture is not so great and buzzes a little on your back to straighten out.

The device seems to work well, no issues yet, but it is not a miracle device, and the user needs to be motivated enough to straighten up when it buzzes. I have not tried the bluetooth features, am just using it on its own.

It serves its purpose well. However I wish there was a better way to keep it on the body and use it rather then using adhesives, which would mean you would need to stack up on those.

Pros: - Hardware seems well built and durable. - The hardware is lightweight to the extent that I forgot it was on my back. - The device was easy to set up. All it required was powering up the device and an app installation. - Battery life is decent. It seem like it would last a work day. - Accompanying app is intuitive and easy to use. - Calibration to your back and posture is super easy to do. Opportunities for improvement: - The device requires adhesive strips in order to stick to your back. (i believe they just announced a necklace solution to solve this issue) - It tracks an upper body slouch, but I hope future iterations can track lower body slouches as well. - I found myself needing to recalibrate a few times during the day. - I think the device could better track when i’m bending over vs. when I’m slouching.

This helps me keep muscle spasms and muscle pains down to a little more tolerable. I have a disease that keeps me in constant pain and meds don’t always help with this kind of pain.

Seems like a great product. Unfortunately my 55 year old wife can't be trained to do anything new. She hates the thing and she's never used it once.
