Got it and regret it. Feels weird when you wear it. Since I work from home I thought it would be useful. If you're the type of person who would be good about wearing this, you might be a person who doesn't need this.

I no longer walk around like a tortoise. Although the constant buzz at first brings true hatred for the device, it is a good product and I’d recommend it.

Well made device, sticks to your back with double sided tape (the box includes a few extras). You calibrate it on their app and it works as advertised. Good integration with app.

It’s helping me a lot cause my posture has been bad

I am challenged with leaning my head to forward, which causes shoulder and neck pain. This devise is easy to use and easy to wear. The app keeps you informed and the trainer gently gives feedback.

This device is good in theory, but not practical for regular use. I had to pull it off quite a few times during work since it would alert me even when I was sitting up straight. The setup leaves room for error, and it didn’t have a mode that I felt was useful for daily use. My husband and I both purchased them, and they are sitting in a drawer.

I got this for my son who tends to slouch while doing his homework. So far it has been working well and is easy to use.

Great thought behind this product. However its not very accurate and the vibration is barely noticeable once you get used to it.

This was very easy to setup on my iPhone 7 Plus just put it on and set it up and then after that I just put it on my back and it helped relived my posture

at the beginning it was fantastic I am a dental hygienist and care about my posture at work. after 3 weeks it wouldn't sync. tried uninstalling app and reconnection Bluetooth but it wasn't working. going over to best buy to see what can be done. bought it right before xmas and stopped working beginning of feb

I sit all day and as such, slouch to an extent. What I really liked about this device was that it was easy to use and helped me see where my issues are so I can be more aware of them with or without the device. My only real issue is that the vibration that tells you that you are slouching is specific to the training mode, in tracking mode it will only vibrate after a certain amount of time and no one is slouching for that long. Preferably, I think it would be nice to have it vibrate during tracking whenever it happens so you are aware and can notice the difference yourself. It is a really nice tool and certainly helpful when it comes to training, the tracking mode though could use a little help.
