If you like the original Vacation films, just stick to those. This film tries to hard to be over the top shock humor and it doesn't do a great job at that.

I returned to the store for one not damaged. They wanted to watch the whole movie to verify. Very rude and upset with the experience.

If you are expecting a funny smart comedy like the first one, forget it. Has boring gags and that's it. I fell asleep twice.

The original National Lampoon's Vacation was pretty good. Can't recommend this re-make; just isn't that funny.

Too many bad word .not close to first one story line

Was worried about another reboot/sequel to the Vacation series. Numbers 3 and 4 are my favorites (never saw the Uncle Eddie tv movie). Plus, Ed Helms is hit or miss. But this movie stands alone as a funny and successful entry in the series. All the actors connected and the brothers reminded me of my own sons. I'm glad some of the humor was R-rated and not toned down, very surprising considering the PG-13 of the previous 3 sequels.

I'm a fan of the original vacation movie and based on the previews that I saw, I knew this movie was going to be funny. I was wrong, it was not just funny... It was absolutely hilarious! From the credits at the beginning, through the movie, and through the credits at the end... Hilarious! If you are thinking about purchasing this, stop thinking and just buy it. You will not regret it!

This movie only loses a point because Ed Helms isn't that funny, but he does ok taking over the mantle from Chevy Chase.

This movie quite not as memorable as tge original , still delivers a taste of the great comedy we once enjoyed.

For sure some great laughs. Have to appreciate that type of satire. A fan of all the National Lampoons movies.

Not as good as the original with Chevy Chase and the language is not family friendly.

This movie when it first came out got some bad press(as it was compared)by other fans of the original.It was actually very funny&very enjoyable.Worth the purchase!

Very funny, not quite as good as the original Vacation movie, but worthy for a sequel.
