Bought this for my sister because she asked for it. Watched one episode and I'll leave this one alone. Definitely for the tweens.

These books were fantastic, but the movie definitely fell short. The actress who played Rose was the movie's only saving grace. The actual film did not stick very closely to the book and was too over dramatic.

this video had a decent trailer, but the video itself had a low level plot coupled with poor acting.

I have read the entire Vampire Academy series and love it. I was so excited when this movie was released. I was a little disappointed after having read the book but that is always the case with me. This is still a great chick flick and a good movie overall. The actors are not well known but do personify the characters well.

This movie is a lot better than I had expected based on the previews. The previews did not do it justice. It's obviously not a perfect replica of the books but I wasn't excepting that it would be. Well-done adaptation.
