So far this game isn’t too bad, hopefully it’ll come to life with a little bit more action. But so far, not bad

I'll admit the list of video games I enjoy playing is fairly short. I don't play games to feel stressed; I play them for fun and relaxation. My favorite type of games are story-based where each decision has a consequence (i.e. Wolf Among Us...RIP) but I do love a supernatural element, and when I searched story-based games, this one came up. I feel "meh" about it so far. Pros: Cool story line (you're a doctor in 1940s ? London and you keep doing doctor things as a vamp); fun skills/abilities to unlock; multiple ways to play in terms of difficulty. Oh, also, you're hot. Cons: Seems overly complicated for a "story-based" game in that you do things like craft weapons and medical cures; the characters you interact with aren't very interesting; and I don't feel like my decisions really impact the game. I think the only outcome is "Did you kill a bunch of people? Y/N" and this informs the ending. It also seems like most other video games that have come out in the past 5-7 years with a vampire skin on it...so if you're a more avid gamer, you might like this. But if you're like me, you might find it somehow boring and overwhelming at the same time.

I bought this because the price was great. After playing, i was hooked, I personally enjoy it and wonder what if this was made into a movie lol. Have not yet finished it but so far i am enjoying it

This game is enjoyable. The graphics are great and the storyline is interesting enough to keep me playing.

Great vampire game,great story with open world and its not boring

Vampyr has a certain tone and mood to it that not a lot of games have. There aren’t very many Vampire type games and one that is set in Victorian London after The Great War sets the stage for a dark story that’s well told.

This game is a fantastic hidden gem. It is absolutely stunning graphically, and the gameplay is excellent, and if you enjoyed playing The Order 1886 , then you’ll definitely enjoy playing this one.
