Thin Cases Break Easily

However, I was mailing a copy of my album to family and these thing cases broke while trying to remove the plastic wrap protecting them. If you absolutely must use a physical media form, invest in sturdier jewel cases -- else migrate to USB and Bluetooth.

Low quality and defective.

One of the two cases ordered had 3 cd not working out of 5. Returned to store and after a week I'm still waiting for the refund. Just called customer service and it will take 30 days to get the refund. Best Buy is a joke!!!!!
