Needed a prepaid phone card for my son for a school field trip. It worked great!

I wanted to switch to Verizon and I'm glad I did it this way!!

Bought this for my brother who is visiting but didnt work at all on his iphone or any iphone from a diffirent country. Sad part is Bestbuy doesnt want me return it. I wasted $50 for this. They should mention it only works in certain phones.

i couldnt use this simcard with verizon. ened up having to go into a corporate store and fight with the very rude workers about getting another card that would work even after i was told to do that by the verizon 800 number.

My exchange students love there phones and tech from best buy

This card is a good idea for me because I don't need a contract

What a waste of money! The SIM card and refill card both did not work. Went to a Verizon store to have it checked out they said it was the wrong SIM so they took it and gave me a new one. The SIM still did not work. Now I wasted another $40 with them and said they'll refund me but never got it. Their phones had a full voicemail and/or it will keep ringing. I lost $85+ in total because of this whole kit from Best Buy not working in the first place. Verizon is a ripoff!

Bough because I was told I needed it for pre paid Verizon come to find out that that SIM card that comes with it does not work in iPhone 7 went to verizon they gave me one for free. Try to return it in store because it did not work they kept telling me there is nothing they can or will do. When they installed it and it was not working right they told me it needs a few hours for the towers to set it up. Manchester nh Best Buy no one knows what they are doing there stay away

The "bring your own phone" written on the packaging is quite misleading when this SIM only works with Verizon branded phones. I was looking for a SIM I can slip into my unlocked LG G3 as I have done throughout Asia, UK and Australia with their local SIMs (eg Vodafone). I called Verizon and they confirmed this SIM would not work with my unlocked non-Verizon phone. Best Buy were great and refunded. I bought the Cricket SIM and couldn't be happier. Will likely use Cricket permanently when I return to live in US. Anyone traveling to the US should buy the Cricket SIM for $10 and then call in to Cricket to activate and credit the SIM card. No ID needed for this SIM.
