Bad reviews were right and I feel dumb for buying it anyways. It is super hard to connect to a data plan and then even when you do, the thing restarts over and over again incessantly. When I finally got it to connect to data it would just turn off all the time making it effectively useless. I am struggling to return it on bestbuy.com due to my 'return period' being over wit h? how convenient....

TERRIBLE SALESMANSHIP

The salesperson advised this item would work with the laptop. I was also advised the item would be set up with the laptop; all I had to do was bring the hotspot in since it was ordered. I brought it in. I was told BB did not provide the service to connect the apparatus. The salesperson was not at the store. I went to the phone provider as directed, since the hotspot had the same brand name. They would not touch it. I went to BB to get a refund. Wasted my time.

Im a with verizon

Upon arrival the device was working power on and off as normal. Once activated on the 4g lte it was gone and no more normal functioning on this device i have had this for five days now and it has been the most difficult experience using this device.
