Returned the Jet Pack, I had no signal at my location

This device is very slow. You should get a 5G device. With Verizon the max down speed should be 10 mbps for 4G but this device only achieves 5mbps down and 2 mbps upload

Had an emergency and needed a mobile hotspot asap. Had to go to a store that was out of my way because my "home" store didn't have any mobile hotspots. I get home, plug it in, and turn it on. It turned on for about three seconds before the screen went black, then nothing. I figured the battery just didn't have enough charge so I let it sit for a couple of hours before trying again. It doesn't turn on. At all. And now the store's closed so I have to drive out of my way again tomorrow to return it. Wouldn't this piece of trash if my life depended on it. You're better off spending a little more money for a better one.

I would never recommend this to anyone nor would I ever purchase anything similar. It rarely connects to our smart tv the first time and sometimes not at all. I've only had this a month and I regret buying it!

The only thing I don't like is the touch screen, does not sense touch very well, have to press multiple times before it works. Very annoying.

Verizon ruins any hope for this device. It functions, yes. Now that I've activated the device, nobody employed by Verizon can figure out how I can access my account or keep it active with monthly prepaid payments. Verizon is useless.

Read the reviews from all over the internet. Mine did exactly what people say...it resets on its own and I couldn't get it to pass data except on 2 occasions in 1 week where my phone passed data just fine. They are way too problematic.

The Jetpack MIFI is a very slow connection on Verizon’s hotspot anywhere in my home. I can’t even stream a video at 320p without getting the spinning wheel which is quite frustrating and even worse after reaching my gigabyte limit after 5 days, Verizon had me at 600kps. Totally useless for the 21st century.

One of the biggest rip offs of all time. This thing wound up costing me hundreds of dollars.

Was a good stop-gap when I was between wifi but did not come even close to performing when I was working from home for a week or streaming anything.

I purchased this for our RV to have Wifi. Had to purchase a plan didn't get 2 hours of music on Alexa before being notified it would slow down. Definitely not worth the money. We were unable to watch a single movie.

This will work for a while, and then it will suddenly refuse to allow Wifi clients to connect to anything until you factory reset it. This has happened to me multiple times. I've even had it randomly start bootlooping. The connection is unreliable, and the device itself is unreliable as well. Would not recommend.

I live in a rural foothill community and wanted the Jetpack for 1 security cameras. Verizon offered a plan for $20 per month but the service was so intermittent, the security camera were worthless. Do not buy, complete waste of money!

Had this since January and it is already starting to fail. It overheats really easy and the only way to get it to work now is to turn it completely off and let it cool down. But it only works for a few minutes before it heats up again. Would not recommend.
