Should not be sold!

Could not activate without help from Verizon. Then he told me to return it to Best Buy. All the services may not work. Not sure what he meant, so I downloaded my info. Then I found I could text, but not receive. I don't trust that my info can really be wiped clean, so I will use on my wifi at home.
