I bought it for my mother in law and this is her first phone. Phone was not complicated it takes you back in those times when Nokia released the camera phones. However activating the prepaid account was too complicated for a first time user in her 60’s. Sad but true it took 2 hours to activate a cdma phone because the options are android, windows and Apple OS.

This phone is for my Mother (83). It's easy for her to use, not overwhelming with too many options. Good price and easy to add to the phone plan.

If you need a phone for your parents or just a cheap phone to get by, this is a good one. Works well and does the job, plus easy to use

WOW! The specs on this flip phone are impressive! I don't use this as my phone to make / receive calls on. I use it as an MP3 player and for other basic features. Love the fact that it has a MicroSD slot which means I can play / store all of my music on it. And the processor speed, performance and battery life is WICKET fast and impressive for a flip phone! I never knew that a quad-core processor could be put in a flip phone!

My daughter works at camp ernst and in the valley she doesn't grey a signal with her other phone so so she bought this phone and hasn't had any trouble since she works with kids she needsto be able to call if she needs help with a injured child or to be able to hwyy in contact with her family in case of emergencies. Plus she loves that it's basic has a wide screen.

Purchased for my elderly aunt so she could have a phone whereever she went just in case she broke down or needed someone. Great size, easy for her to use, and very convenient.

I bought this phone for my son who is hard on phones and this phone can hold up to his clumsiness. It works well and is a great size for just dropping into your pocket for safe keeping. The sound quality is very clear no matter where you are.

Phone holds all needed information and music. Good phone.

Charger failed after a few days, but able to use an old micro-usb charger instead. Not much to say about the phone itself, pretty standard for a flip phone. Works on the 4G network.

This is a horrible flip phone. The surface is so slick it is not easily opened. Simple functions reouire numerous steps to complete, such as pulling up a contact to make a phone call. People you call complain they cannot hear you, it sounds like you are at the end of a tunnel, you are echoeing, and it goes on and on. I bought this as a second phone to place on a cheap calling plan. I'm throwing it in the trash.

I enjoy shopping at Best Buy I never had a problem with any product I have purchased

I purchased this phone for my mom since she is not into smart phones, 8 months in and the phone does not work anymore. My mom can't really hear when people call and talk and people on the other line have trouble hearing her to. It sounds like the phone is breaking up and it sounds like she is in an area that does not have service, when she has plenty of service. I would not recommend this phone to a friend

After using it for one month, certain functions stopped working. I was able to receive calls, but the caller was unable up hear me. Texting wasn't writing so well either. I'd have to press a letter several times until it would finally appear on the screen. After one month of usage without dropping it at all, this should not happen. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

This phone is hard to navigate. It comes with a sim card but you must also buy a memory card. The phone has a terrible microphone, no access to any drafts you might have and you can't enlarge the letters and numerals to a size that's easy to read.
