Customers praise the Samsung Galaxy J3 4G LTE for its affordability, ease of use, and decent camera quality for the price point. Many appreciate the comfortable screen size and find the phone's features sufficient for their needs. However, some users express concerns regarding the limited internal storage, noting that it fills up quickly with apps and updates. The battery life is also mentioned as an area needing improvement by some customers.

I only have one app on the phone and it is constantly over heating. I keep already installed apps closed and still the warning signs continues to show that the phone is working too hard.

I love this phone. Fits in hands good. Space could use a little more. What I do is clear data off some of the Google and Verizon apps, disable then force stop in setting for applications. And a 32gb is pretty good unless you wanna take a lot of movies. But this is the down fall j3 could be better at pictures and movies. I don't play games on any phone either. Nor Facebook, Twitter if you want to do that just use the browser and can select desktop under settings no reason to waste that space besides read those apps before installing it will say stuff about granting app to calls, text, pics, movies (basically these apps are spying on you)

Phone was a bit slower than expected, although at the low price paid, I'm not too bothered.

I bought this phone for my mother who is non-techie, so my review is base on this. The Samsung Easy mode was a major selling point for me, but it has not delivered and I am disappointed. It basically removes icons and enlarges the remaining icons from the home screen with some minor configuration changes. The screen is very touchy and settings can easily inadvertently be changed such as Sounds Off, but the overall display is very good. Sound quality is good in transmit and receive, but the volume on speaker and ring tones is not loud enough on max volume. Camera is so-so. Battery is life OK and charging time is quick.

I love Samsung and I love the physical home button. But this model is trash. I have no clue why they have so many different models for the J3, but do yourself a favor and get the mission or emerge. This holds 5 apps and constantly has me deleting stuff to make storage room for updates. It disconnects from my WIFI every day when I am trying to use it, usually multiple times a day. I wish I could get a new phone now because I truly hate this one. Avoid this purchase.
