Found the item but had to get in line to be put on the waiting list to ask a question from the department sales person. There were a few sales associates passing by but they all said I'd have to wait for that department's employee.

This SIM kit is not 5G. Only supports LTE. Best Buy should sell the 5G kits, as they are also backwards compatible.

Quick and easy to understand. Hard to think we pay $10 for a little plastic and metal chip to make our cell phones work but at least it's easy the way they set it up.

This works very well by the way I had to chat with Verizon chat online on the internet to activate this SIM card for me to work in my Motorola moto g play phone.

With the knowledgeable Best Buy professional activating this in my phone, it was very easy. Make sure that you have them do it for you.

I love Verizon coverage and I was able to just put this SIM card into my existing phone and it instantly activated on my plan and ported my number over from T-Mobile

Only service that worked through starm of ida and gave everyone on any plan unlimited internet free. I paid to transfer 3 phones due to the great service.

There was no issue with the product.. However, the store that said it had 3 in stock was wrong. I had to go to another store that was 8 miles further away to get my item via curbside.

Most Verizon outlets don’t even know how to activate the pre paid sim. Finally got to the office at Baltimore National pike Road and was told the phone is not compatible with the sim. Had to trash the sim. Pure waste of resources

It was great to know there was an option for cheaper phone service and that there was a an easy and readily available kit to get it done with the SIM Starter Kit and my own eligible phone.

I brought a Verizon phone in to activate and use minute cards with. It turned out that I will have to buy a $40 card every month rather than just buy a card when the minutes get low. Not what I wanted.

Was given at the sales counter and told to go to verizon to have them install it. My verizon bisit was 2 hours and the sim didnt work. They had to go to corporate to get my phone working.

I created an account twice and tried dozens of times, but it is not activated. Seems like a problem with the Verizon website. Verizon's website says they'll give you a free SIM card. I wonder why Best Buy sells this. I ended up opening with esim at Mint Mobile at once.

I had trouble with my SIM card after upgrading my phone. Got a replacement from BB for a great price. New one works great.

if you are buying this sim kit. MAKE SURE YOU PUT IT IN YOUR PHONE FIRST!!! you will get popup that it need to be activated and go thru the instructions on your phone! and you need to pay via your credit card or refill card. I did activation process as instructed on the paper. It did not get activated as it should and I used paypal. The order stayed pending forever. it have been 3 days with ZERO customer service. I tried to call their support and the menu need your phone number. It cant find your new number. DO NOT DO ACTIVATION via their website!!!! Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded to me via paypal.
