    This was hard to get set up, I had to contact Verizon several times by phone. I still don't think it is set up completely. Next time I will go to the Verizon store and possibly get them to set it up.

    Phone is fine - retrieving phone number, setting up, and starting with phone carrier was difficult. You can ONLY update the phone through wifi, which is a large amount of gb. There is no option to do so over cellular data, even if it's unlimited.
