    trouble setting up the machine. confusing instructions, download took over 2 hours. Lable and description not clear that this is a black and white only. trouble with the wi-fi and printing not accurate. only the first and last page printed. The page printed dark then light. Told to change password for security and did not see the page to sign in.

    This didnt activate easily for me. I had to call verizon and experienced errors all around. Ended up having to get refunded and service shut down by verizon since it didnt work
