I tried to use this sim chip to add a phone to my Verizon service plan. The salesperson on the phone said the sim chip was incompatible because the sim card is locked only for a pre-paid service. This is nowhere label on the product. Luckily they mailed me a correct sim card the next day.

SIM cards should be free. Even after paying for it, it didn't work right away after activating it online (had to wait until the next day when it suddenly started working, after wasting time visiting a Verizon store to troubleshoot the issue).

Gave us a really weird area code but did connect the phone.

Instructions not clear and Verizon. Doesn’t pick uP

I have to admit that it is poor quality but it works for the time being if you choose that but I would go with T-Mobile. Verizon no good maybe postpaid but very expensive and work horrible customer service.

We bought this and it turns out that the number given was for an old business account. Instead of being told by Verizon the first time contacted they said wait. Now today we find out the new account created was null to begin with. Not all of this is on Best Buy this is on the phone company sending out faulty information.

I will never trust SHIPT to deliver my product. My package was due to me yesterday, I paid extra for same day delivery & SHIPT rescheduled my delivery for the following day due to shopper arriving after the store closed. Then on delivery day the SHIPT shopper reported my package as delivered but actually stole the package. Horrible experience!!!

The provided information to provision the sim card had typos in the URLs and left me with no other option than to call customer support. If I didn't have another phone available ... uh ... come on Verizon. The support folks were very nice and helpful, but if you buy a starter kit for a phone, make sure you set it up before leaving the store if you don't have another phone ... internet data or wifi calling would not work to resolve this issue.

I don't think companies should charge for the SIM card. We have to have one in order to use the network.

I threw the sim card away i am very old school i thought it was the old prepaid card when you buy minutes. but its a plan thing it ranges from 50 60 dollars. very expensive.

This was what the BB mobile department handed me. When I called Verizon to activate they informed me that it was not their card and could not be activated. Very odd and item was returned. Verizon in

I would have rated it lower but wasn’t able. I purchased, installed and it did not work. I contacted my carrier and they sent one at no charge.

Verizon ran into problems activating this SIM card.

Got the new phone, sim card, followed the directions. And it didn't work. Called Verizon, went thru the course with them. Again didn't work, they said the card wasn't compatible with the phone. Just wait until you get your phone and get a free one from Verizon
