    There were problems with the software and I ended up giving up on this device. I have a lot of amazing concerts on cassette tape that I some day want to make digital but this wasn't a good way to convert those concerts.

    I had trouble downloading the software. But finally after installing it, it still would not burn a cd. So, I gave up and returned the device.

    Total waste of money and time. Spent hours trying to create one mp3 from a cassette - keeps freezing - only way to get it to let go is to restart my PC (countless times). Now my 6-month old PC keeps crashing (even after I uninstalled software) - a real mess!!!

    This was not at all what I expected. Really had high hopes for this to work. also was made of cheap flimsy plastic.
