Had a hard time finding a cook top to fit the existing counter cut out, this was a drop in and works great

Excellent product and the customer service when I purchased in May to delivery and installation in August was outstanding.

I previously had a white cooktop. I had to buy this one as a replacement due to the granite cutout hole size. Both are Viking. The white was good and lasted 10 years and then could not get parts for a needed repair. So, I ordered the black since they no longer made the white. The cooktop scratched the first day I used it. It is miserable to keep clean and it looks dirty all the time no matter how much cleaning I do. Do not get a black cooktop.

Horrendous customer service! Ordered and paid $2900 in April for a cooktop-based on measurements and recommendation of a Best Buy Premium Designer. It was supposed to arrive in May, turned into June, turned into July. Got a call to get it installed July 31st. A third part company (they were great) came to install it and SURPRISE, it didn’t fit! Measurements were incorrect! The third party company left- taking the cooktop with them. Did we receive a call from Best Buy offering apologies for their error and promising to make it right? No…crickets. Numerous calls, texts and email were made to BB with no response. Made another trip to the store to speak with someone and no one could help me "I will email my boss" I had to make additional calls and emails when I still didn't hear from anyone. Finally heard that they would see the cooktop come (after WE arrange for someone to cut the space so it would fit) in October. What?!?! What happened to the one that we bought and paid for, that was in our kitchen on July 31st? We have been without a cooktop stove since April…it was paid for in April…and due to Best Buy's error it now won’t be installed until OCTOBER!!!

Unfortunately I have so far not much experience with this cooktop. I appreciate the size for bigger gatherings, because you have the opportunity to make different things at the same time. The heating time is short and efficient.

The delivery date is in January of next year. Can not review what I haven't rec'd.
