Good quality product. I have other Viking pots and pans. This one is a great addition to the collection. 12 inch fry pan is a must for family of 5.

This pan sucks! Its not worth even 1/3 of what it costs. I did what they said, oiled it up first, let it sit for 24 hrs. First use im cooking bacon, already sticking to pan, same with the eggs. First use you already see discoloration in the pan....TOTAL RIP OFF, SHAME ON BEST BUY SELLING THIS CRAP! I should have trusted my gut on this one.

Please ignore the 1 star review. They likely added cold protein to the pan before it came to temp and didn’t use enough oil. The residue stains are normal for stainless steel and will come off with a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a rough sponge. Before buying a $200 stainless steel pan, make sure you understand the techniques to use it properly, and that it fits your cooking style.
