This oven has been only a dream since I started cooking. I'm so happy I got it. It looks beautiful and shiny and it's easy to get things in and out of the oven with the cafe doors. No complaints here.

I bought this model in October 2019, I had no over on Christmas day. The unit won't start. Best Buy exchanged it, the second unit did not work at all. We are on our third unit, my son's birthday is in late September, well, I planned on making a nice dinner, guess what, after cleaning the ovens, the bottom door got locked. I had to managed all my baking with one oven. I am too happy with this oven, it is extremely loud.

Installed multiple (4) products 2/2020. Knob has broken off and the lower portion doors have serious variation in discoloration on door. I paid a significant amount for this appliance only to be so disappointed. Check your products before you pay for them. All three of my products were purchased from Best Buy. I could not believe the issues all these high end products have had. Do not waste your money

This is the last time I will make a purchase from Best Buy. We have been loyal customers for years and have bought most of our kitchen and home appliances from this company. Never again.
We purchased a high end Viking oven with French doors 3 1/2 years ago. The first oven had to be replaced because they couldn’t calibrate the heat properly. After 3 years, the porcelain interior on the second oven was peeling off and burnt, to the point that I could no longer use the bottom oven. It smelled like the self-cleaning cycle when turned on and was excessively hot. I was also afraid the top oven was going to catch on fire, between the peeling and the excessive heat it was generating.
The oven manufacturer was willing to give us a limited discount offer of 40% towards a new oven, but I didn’t want another Viking. It’s a terrible product.
Best Buy refused to give us anything towards a different brand, even though I was also going to buy an induction cooktop at the same time. Their excuse was that it was out of warranty. So they would rather lose a loyal paying customer than make good on an older but defective non functioning one. They were unyielding and frankly, penny wise and pound foolish in not standing by this customer. I would advise anyone looking to buy from them to understand that they are not in the business of providing customer service. They are only interested in their bottom line.
