Have the other seasons this completes the Vikings seasons to date. This is another great season.

Vikings: Season 5, Vol. 1 [Blu-ray] is a smorgasbord of good acting and visually stunning cinematography.

Glad I found this DVD you have to wait so long between seasons so this will help jog the memory

Chronicling hundreds of years of Viking history into each season is undeniably difficult. Season 5 of Vikings has the untenable job of bringing in Ragnar's rich family history. It was unfortunate that they glossed over important historical elements like Bjorn going to Valhalla to bring back the forgotten shipbuilders of yesteryear to complete his fleet on his raid of France. Or Ubba time traveling to Texas in the early 1960s and masterminding the Kennedy assassination. The producers' decision to not make Ivar a cyborg as the Viking myths have classically stated is also puzzling. All that said, a bunch of people get killed so it was a fun thrill ride of a season.

Really great set up to a great series final season. I can’t wait for season 6 to start!!!!

As always the series delivers with lots of action along with many plot twists. Recommended

Great series. New twists an turns constantly keeps you guessing what will happen next.

This really is a great show, the only complaint I have is it is split up into two volumes

Enjoyable. Intrigue continues with interesting characters. Beautiful sets and costumes.

Without "Ragnar" the sons vie against one another to continue what each of them thinks Ragnar's legacy should really be. Loki takes center stage in an attempt to get closer to "the Gods",

This is more for my wife than me. She loves programs of past periods. And although this program tends to be more barbaric, it doesn't show all the "blood and guts" you would expect.

This is one of the best shows on TV and the BluRay sets have unrated extended episodes .

One of my all time favorite series! Sad it's ending! Definitely worth watching!
