Worst Product from the Worst Company!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used this maybe a handful of times and the base unit shorted out. I took it back to Best Buy who said I was covered under the manufacturing warranty but when I talked to the company - they said the warranty was only for 30 days. I asked them to make an exception as I had only used it a few times and they said they would see what they could do and get back to me. Never heard from them again. I sent Best Buy an email and never heard from them again. Won't shop their again and will tell all my friends that they don't stand by their products.
