Arrived damaged, Very poor customer service

Purchased 2 of these dressers for my kids' rooms. One of the dressers arrived with damage to one of the drawers. Tried reaching out to the seller to replace the damaged drawer face and initially got no response for 2 weeks. Reached out a second time and was told that since the drawer still funtions i should just paint it but they would give me $10. I replied that i would prefer the part be replaced since i paid for a brand new item, not a used/damaged one, and there is no way i could just paint it and get the same exact color and finish. Never got a response. Completely disappointed that i am likely stuck with this damaged dresser that i paid full price for. While i agree that it does not effect the functionality, it does not seem fair to pay for a brand new dresser and receive a damaged item then to be told to "just paint it" and "here's 10 bucks for the inconvenience".
I never requested any money back, just wanted a single part to be replaced. The dressers are cheaply made but would be reasonable for the price had it not been damaged. I chose to hold off on leaving a review to give the company a chance to correct the issue but they handled the situation very poorly. Highly encourage anyone who is dresser shopping to go with a more reputable company.
