I had this remote system installed in a 95 Jeep. The range amazes me. I have used it up to 600 feet through a house so far. Never have had any problems with it. The remote start is so handy. I had the Best Buy installer set the shut-off time for 15 minutes. It works everytime, flawlessly. I strongly recommend this product, and Best Buy did a great job installing it!

I am very pleased with this remote start system! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to a function key on the side of the fog for controlling other functions of the car. I was told by the Geek Squad that this would require additional parts to activate that function button.

Always had a remote start with my previous cars. This is a excellent started and installation was excellent. Installers were very professional and courteous.

Works just like you would expect a remote start to work...you push a button and the car starts from inside your warm comfortable house or office. You can set how long you want it to run. I start mine when I get out of the shower in the morning as my wife has commandeered the entire garage, seriously she has taken the whole garage over with her one vehicle I dont even try to park in there anymore its easier just to park in the driveway and use this remote start, its great!

Perfect for winter by warming up vehicle so my kid doesn't freeze. Perfect in summer for cooling down vehicle before entry. Absolutely worth every dollar

The product performs well and is easy to operate. The technician making the install was extremely competent and knowledgeable about the function and limitations of the product. He was able to instruct me on its use and what not to do in order to effect the desired results. I would definitely return to Best Buy for other auto products and plan to do so soon for a GPS.

Seems like a good product, I had it installed on an older truck it worked when I left the store but then started to die after a short time I took it back and the installer had to make an adjustment in the programming and has been great ever since they were real good about getting it back in to make the repairs. It is so nice to have a warm truck when I get in it wish I would Jane done it sooner

Installed on my 2014 GMC Sierra, works great! My truck did not xome equipped with these features and the price was so much cheaper than the dealer.

it does what it says! I can start it from inside my house through walls. Distance seems good. Had some install issues but a return visit to Best Buy installer and they fixed it. It was no fault of the product.

Works flawlessly with my 2007 Chevy cobalt. Very convenient to be sitting on my couch and start my car a few minutes before I leave. Plus, since this item includes best buy installation, it's incredibly cheap compared to other shops I got a quote from ranging from $500-900 for installation.

love this because I can set my heat or air when I get out of my car and when I get ready to leave I just push a button and let the car warm up or cool down this is nice when you have 5 kids that always complain about the temp being to cold or to hot. just makes my life a little bit simpler.

Purchased this car starter on sale with free installation for less than $200 for my high school aged son. We live in the upper MidWest and I didn't want him trying to drive before windows were unfrosted. Now he can start the car from the house and the school and let it warm up.

This is my second Viper remote start and still have nothing but good to say about the system. Even though there were a few extra parts to be installed to allow for full function of trunk release and such, Viper was able to handle that with no issues. The range is excellent.

Upgraded my sons car alarm from a factory unit to the viper, The alarm works great, No issues at all. The added bonus is the remote start. Great for warming up or cooling down the interior of the car. well worth the money spent.

This system is great; it have been on my car for 4 weeks now. I haven't had any problems with the system starting my car. By the way, this is just an remote start system. So, don't make a mistake and buy it if you want an alarm.
