Unhappy customer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The alarm was improperly install, it had never work and the technician told me the day he installed the alarm to bring it back, unfortunately, on that day I signed the documents trusting the technician that he would call me for an available appointment on a Saturday, to find out what the alarm did not work properly. Until now he has never call me regarless of the many messages I left him.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DEALT WITH

When you call for information or support, they make you feel that you are ignorant. They love the money but hate to assist clients. I paid very expensively for my alarm system for a Sling Shot, and the GPS is the worse service I've ever had with any GPS. I've used apple Airtag many times to track all my equipment for my company and my other personal equipment and never had an issue. I decided to give them a tri, which was the worst thing I did. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Their alarm system may be the best, but not their customer service.
