The movie starts off a bit slow, while it introduces the characters and setting. Then it starts revealing more details on the virus. I love the fact that the director took the time to explain where the virus came from and the path that it took to spread to the U.S. I wish other movies and TV shows about walkers did the same instead off giving us b.s. answers about why can not tell us about the virus. There are never really zombie masses, but every now and then somebody gets infected. It is not the best zombie / virus movie, but it earned my respect for the back story and the parasite type of infection they introduced.

Based on the packaging and synopsis, I expected 85 minutes of entertainment from this one and not much more. It turned out be be an interesting take on the "infected" genre (not easy to do), and quite well done. It is well acted and produced, with excellent special effects, and never annoys with obvious "low budget" compromises. It succeeded in holding my attention, and the ending is perfectly constructed for a sequel. Let's hope we get one, as I'd be interested in how our survivors make out. Recommended.

It was a very different kind of scary movie that had you comtemplating what was going to happen next.

it is scary for sure , make you jump and keeps you on your toes.

Basic plague runs through small town story. People die and people try to escape. Overall would recommend watching.

Just a fun film to watch even though you kind of know what's coming.

Nothing shocking, decent film, acting was good, just not a truly memorable film. One time watch is good, but not a keeper for your horror library.
