was looking to purchase iphone for virgin mobile. Out of stock on virgin mobile website and I questioned buying a used one on e-bay. This phone was comparatively priced at the time. Phone was in brand new condition and had no problem with the activation thru virgin mobile. Also likes how it comes with a warranty. Two weeks after I noticed it was on sale and the store credited my account the $20.00 savings. Great purchase.

I really like my phone. It is refurbished, but works like new. It would have gotten 5 stars but I had to return my first purchase sine the headphone jack was not working with the mic headphones.

I like the size and style of the iPhone 5s. Only bad thing is the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like.

I was a little apprehensive reading the mixed reviews here. But, I was pleasantly surprised with the pre-owned phone. It looks good and did not have trouble setting up with Virgin Mobile. Love it!

I've always been a little unsure about refurbished electronics. The phone I got had a problem with power. It wouldn't turn on. Best Buy was perfectly nice when I took it back, but still, why was it available to buy in the first place? The second phone has been fine. It's good if you want a high end phone and not pay a full high end price.

This phone would not work on the Virgin network. Best Buy support was absolutely NO help. The only option they offered was to return the phone. I spoke with Virgin and they said it was nothing they could solve. Bottom line--these phones DO NOT WORK with Virgin network and should not be marketed as such.

The phone arrived quickly and I was able to activate it with a Virgin Mobile account with no problems at all. Great way to get an iPhone at a good price; seemed more reputable than some vendors online.

I love my phone get more out of it it don't die fast but I will say I got better service from the Best Buy store in the Eastwood mall an not the Best Buy outside the mall

It's a great phone had it for about a month only issue is sometimes it does what it wants to do and I have to restart my phone.other than that no issues

I bought a refurbish iphone 5s for virgin mobile because virgin mobile was out of stock. The phone was bought online and was delivered quickly, but it came with a broken home button. Returned it for a refund and 3 days later virgin mobile had a new one in stock at a better price.

If you are using Virgin Mobile for your cell carrier, then it's hard to pass up this deal. A recent iPhone with a one year warranty? Fantastic deal. Phone is exactly as described.

So far this telephone had been an upgrade from my previous 4s.

He opted to get this phone instead of the 6 because his research showed the 6 had too many glitches. The phone works great!
