This phone is nice to hold, easy to use and the camera takes quality images to share. Has some great features anyone would like.

My Samsung Slll died, so this became my replacement. I'm still getting used to it, and so far, it is going to be ok. It functions well, I can text easily, and the battery life seems to be really good. A few things I miss are the visual light notification when I receive a new message, or text. I'll get use to that.Since the new Samsungs are around $800.00, this is going to be a very acceptable alternative for less than $200.00. Overall, I'm pleased.

I can use this phone all day without charging it. It's fast. Works for me. Has all the features I need.

As much as I was reluctant to switch phones, I'm happy I did. This phone is the perfect size and user friendly.

takes great pictures, easy to use, great service from virgin mobile

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and it's still going strong. It has all the features that I want or need without getting too complicated. I love the larger size especially for using the maps feature. Pictures are okay but not as good as a more expensive phone or a real camera.

I really like this for the price. Very little problems. Good amount of memory and great features.

I originally had the ZTE Max XL for Virgin but the LTE signal was a bit weak on that phone and it a bit lower memory than what I'm used to. So I bought the Galaxy J7 Perx (2017). The 3,300 mAh battery lasts me all day. I'm not a heavy user so its amazing. The phone does have a little weight to it but that's ok its very durable and has a tough feel to it. I LOVE that the J7 Perx comes with the Gallery app and you aren't forced to use the Google photos app. THANK GOD. I HATED that app. And theres the standard texting app (the yellow looking one) and not the blue Android Messages app that I don't care for that newer phones are forced to use). What I also love is that you can send pictures through WiFi only if you want and don't have to have LTE data on to send pics. AWESOME. And the 2GB of RAM (mostly 1.8-1.9GB the phone runs smooth as butter without issues).The 5.5 inch 720P display looks awesome in my eyes. Looks very clear. Only a nit picky person would point out the lack of a 1080P full HD screen. I don't care. As long as the screen looks good I'm happy. The phone comes with 16GB of memory (About 9.4GB to user). And the LTE signal is MUCH stronger. The same signal strength as the J3 Emerge on Virgin. Theres also the dual 2.4/5.0 GHZ WiFi which works amazing without issues. Very strong WiFi antenna thankfully. The 8MP rear cam takes absolutely beautiful pictures. Actually I like the camera on the J7 Perx more than the ZTE Max XL phone. The pictures look crisper and clearer to me. You can also record FHD 1080P and a few other video resolutions. Audio is outstanding. Blasted my pc speakers to test out the phone to see what the mics on the phone could handle and my goodness the audio was amazing. Very little if no distortion at all. The audio in the video file said 256kbps. Something like that. The Max XL only said about 96kbps, Ouch lol. Anyways excellent camera. The 5MP front came also can do Full 1080P and has multiple resolutions and picture resolutions. I love the cameras. Also the 2.2GHZ Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor is amazing. No stuttering. No random issues. No shut offs. I love this thing as you can see. Call quality I rate that at a 9 out of 10. Some of the best ive ever heard from a phone. And people said they heard me better than on the MAX XL phone. And I heard people as clear as if they were right next to me. I bought this new Samsung Galaxy J7 Prex 4G LTE with16GB memory and it is a great one! Looking for user friendly phone try one of these Samsung phones I think you will agree.

Good performance, large screen, internal sd card option, hard to beat for $125 - $150.

it's a good buy. At $79 this is an adequate 16g phone for Virgin Mobile. Since V.M. uses cdma instead of gsm based phones the options at reasonable prices are limited. We are not a omg! look at my new phone kind of people nor selfie obsessed so it functions pretty well for us.

I like the smallness of my phone and it works great. The only thing that I didn't like is when I went back to Best Buy yesterday to get a cover protector they told me they didn't carry those and that I would probably have to go to Walmart for one or order online. That makes me wonder if I shouldn't skip Best Buy and just go to Walmart? But the phone works great.

I never had a Smartphone before and was afraid I might not figure out how to use one but this is really easy to use.

Control buttons easy to use. Wish screen size was just a little larger. Overall like alot.

I don't play games or do a lot of online shopping or business. This phone is perfect for what I use it for.
